No. You can submit a charter request without creating an account. We'll ask for contact details so operators can respond. Creating an account lets you track requests, compare quotes, and book securely.
Every operator on Havion holds a valid Australian Air Operator Certificate (AOC). They submit verification documents, which our admin team reviews before approval. Only approved operators can quote on live requests.
Havion charges a 10% platform fee on confirmed bookings. You see the total price upfront — charter price plus platform fee — before you accept a quote. There is no charge to submit a request or compare quotes.
Payment is collected securely when you accept an operator's quote and confirm your booking. Funds are held until the flight is completed, so you're protected if anything changes before departure.
Yes. Once your request is live, verified operators can submit quotes. You review aircraft, pricing, and availability side by side in your dashboard, then accept the option that fits best.
Register as an operator, complete verification with your AOC documents, and once approved you can add aircraft, receive charter requests, submit quotes, and manage bookings through the operator portal.
You must hold a valid Australian Air Operator Certificate (AOC). Upload your certificate and supporting documents during registration. Our admin team reviews every application before granting access to live requests.
Havion charges a 10% platform fee on confirmed bookings. Operators receive 90% of the charter price, paid via Stripe Connect when the flight is marked complete. There is no subscription or listing fee.
Client payments are held securely until Havion admin marks the booking as complete. At that point, the operator payout is triggered automatically through Stripe Connect to your connected account.
Matching requests appear in your operator dashboard based on your fleet and service area. You'll be notified when a new request fits your aircraft, and can submit a quote with pricing and availability directly through Havion.
Yes. Add and update aircraft profiles, set capacity and specifications, and control which types of requests you want to receive. Your fleet details help clients compare options when reviewing your quotes.
